I was invited to speak today at the monthly breakfast meeting of the Havering Chamber of Commerce, led by Barry Hicks.
We discussed exporting, my work on the International Trade Committee, Brexit and local transport and land use issues. It was great to hear how many start-ups there are in the borough and that local business people are feeling confident about the future. I have invited attendees to join my trade export hub in March to learn more about how to increase exports and attract international investment.
