Julia Lopez MP will host her latest Jobs, Skills and Apprenticeship Fair at MyPlace in Harold Hill on Thursday 15 October.
The event, being organised in collaboration with Romford Jobcentre Plus, will run from 9.30am until 12.30pm.
It will bring together a range of employers and training providers, giving local residents the opportunity to learn more about available jobs, apprenticeships, training courses and ways to develop new skills.
The organisations attending the fair will be announced in due course.
The event is free to attend and no advance registration is required.
Julia said:
“I am delighted to announce my latest Jobs, Skills and Apprenticeship Fair in partnership with Romford Jobcentre Plus.
“These fairs are a valuable opportunity for local residents to meet employers and training providers, explore different career paths and find out about the support available to help them take their next step.
“Whether someone is looking for work, considering an apprenticeship, hoping to change career or interested in gaining new skills, there will be a range of useful advice and opportunities available.
“The fair is completely free and there is no need to register, so I hope as many local residents as possible will come along.”
