Hornchurch & Upminster MP, Julia Lopez, has called on the Government to provide clarity on their plans to reform local government funding to ensure that Havering gets the best deal possible, taking into account the Borough's quickly changing demographics.
Since her election as the Member of Parliament for the Hornchurch & Upminster constituency, Julia has been fighting for a better deal for Havering residents, and more funding for Havering Council to help put it on a sustainable footing.
