Today the Chancellor will deleiver her second budget and Julia looks ahead to what this might include. 

Commenting she said:

Today we’re on the brink of another Budget mess. Doubling down on all the problems created by the last one. Now it’s going to be more taxes for more welfare. And it’s all those people who make our country work who will pay the price. It is all so predictable…
