Visiting Ardleigh Green works

TfL recently announced that the works to the Ardleigh Green bridge will now be delayed by fifteen months.

It is incredibly frustrating that the works will be subject to yet more delay, with all the congestion and disruption that this entails for local residents and businesses.

Motorcycle crime concerns

A number of residents have written to me this week to express their alarm at reports of increasing crime and anti-social behaviour perpetrated by people on bikes and mopeds, particularly in Hornchurch.

Acceptance speech

The General Election count for Hornchurch & Upminster took place at the Hornchurch Sports Centre, alongside that of the neighbouring Romford constituency. At around 3am the result was declared and I was confirmed as the new Member of Parliament.
