This morning I met Havering College's Principal, Maria Thompson, to discuss the best model for providing skills and training to young people and adult learners across the borough in future.

Putting Havering's plans on the Housing Minister's map

This afternoon I met Housing Minister, Dominic Raab, to share with him Havering's ambitious plans to regenerate twelve estates in order to provide new, high-quality homes for local homebuyers and renters. 

Cold weather payments triggered

I received this afternoon the following information about Cold Weather Payments of £25 which will be made to recipients of selected benefits in the RM11, RM12, RM14, RM15, RM2 and RM3 postcodes to help with the cost of heating homes in this snowy weather.
