Team Lopez - Yesterday, the Prime Minister announced the Government’s Winter Plan which outlined the new tier system and what people will and will not be able to do once national restrictions are lifted on 2 December.
Following scientific advice, the original tiers have been strengthened as they were not enough to reduce the R rate below 1. The Government has changed the original tier system in substantive ways and ensured some consistencies across all tiers and will be announcing which regions will fall into which tier later this week.
